CHLOE
Hi I’m Chloe, I practice the living yoga method which is a practice of breath work, Hatha influenced yoga and meditation to bring the union of mind, body and breath into harmony.

The Living Yoga Method
I have been under the studentship of Steve Harris, the founder of The Living Yoga Method for 3 years and studied to teach yoga and breathwork with a new training in mediation on the horizon. As a dedicated practitioner and teacher for over two years, I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact this approach can have on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The practice combines a flow of breathwork to condition the energy in the body, a flow of yoga posture kriyas and finishes with breathwork to return to your renewed self with a sense of calm and stability.
What is a “Kriya”?
A Brief Sanskrit Glossary defines “kriya” as: “Purificatory action, practice, exercise, or movement; function; skill. Kriyas purify the body and nervous system as well as the subtle bodies to enable the yogi to reach and hold on to better being.
The Living Yoga Method – a scientifically-backed, holistic approach to yoga that has transformed my life and the lives of countless others.
At the heart of this method lies a deep respect for the ancient wisdom of yoga, combined with modern scientific insights into the mind-body connection.
A Journey of Self-Discovery
As your guide on this journey, I strive to create a nurturing and supportive space, (in Sanskrit this is referred to as ‘Akash’), where you can explore your full potential. I'll be there with a compassionate heart, every step of the way, offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear.
Together, we'll embark on a path of self-discovery, where each breath, each movement, and each moment of stillness becomes an opportunity to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
So, come as you are, with an open mind and a willing spirit. Let's embark on this path together, one breath at a time, where each breath, each movement, and each moment of stillness becomes an opportunity to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
What’s the difference between the Living Yoga method and other styles of yoga?
The Living Yoga Method has been developed by an inspirational yogi, Steve Harrison. It’s a well-rounded psychophysiological approach combining physical postures, breathing exercises, and potentially therapeutic applications.
Breaking down the method; You can experience a session with guided practice including 15 minutes breathwork with a short introductory instruction of the technique, a simplified flow to keep the energy moving and your body mobile and a relaxing body rotation Shavasana to complete.
