What are Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are a data base of energy stored within the akashic field, your book of life hold all of your experiences, thoughts, words, deeds, emotions, vows, everything you have ever been and everything you are presently.
This is all stored in this field of consciousness and clearing the negative elements of patterns that no longer serve you means you release yourself from past vows that may not be serving you in this lifetime. This helps to stop repeating negative patterns, thoughts, feelings and processes that affect you from a past life.
We Heal and align parts of your Akashic records that no longer serve your highest good. Records are cleared for your highest good only in a protected space and then closed.
FAQ's
What happens in an Akashic Record healing session?
You relax in a calm space and we discuss any specific themes and challenges you would like to address for example experiences of 'Lack' or 'Shame' etc. You get comfortable in a protected space while I open your Akashic Records with your permission. Like a guided meditation you journey to the Akashic Record Temple where all the work will be done. I will make statements for you to follow to undo specific vows, agreements, spoken words that is not serving you in this lifetime. We identify negetive cords, contracts or past-life agreements that are holding you back, and clear them for your highest good. Many clients feel lighter and have more clarity so moving forward can be more peaceful.
Do I need to believe in past lives for it to work?
No. You only need to be open to the session. Many clients come because they notice the same patterns repeating in relationships, work or emotions, and want to understand and release them.
Can I have an Akashic Record session online?
Yes. Sessions work just as well online over Zoom as they do in person in Durley, near Winchester and Southampton in Hampshire. Energy is not limited by distance. You just need a quiet space and good headphones so you can hear me.
What can Akashic Record healing help with?
Clients often come to clear repeating negative patterns, release old emotional trauma, cut negative energetic cords with people or situations, or heal a karmic event. It is a gentle, complementary practice and not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
How many sessions will I need?
Many people feel a real shift after one session. Some choose to return when a new layer or pattern comes up. We can talk about what feels right for you after your first session.
How much does an Akashic Record healing session cost?
An Akashic Record healing session is £65, online or in person.
