Your 6 Week Journey
Week 1: Assessment and Awareness
Explore where your nervous system currently sits through lifestyle assessment and personal inquiry. Establish a baseline understanding of your individual patterns, stressors, and existing coping mechanisms.
Week 2: Understanding Your Nervous System
Introduction to nervous system states - what regulation and dysregulation feel like in your body. Learn to identify physical sensations, emotional cues, and behavioural patterns associated with each state through neuroception (listening inside your body).
Week 3: Building Your Personal Regulation Map
Create your own customised toolkit of regulation strategies based on your unique nervous system profile. This personalised map becomes a practical resource for daily use tools that work specifically for you.
Week 4: Expanding Your Toolkit
Introduction to evidence-based regulation techniques including breathwork practices, sensory regulation tools, and therapeutic soundscapes. Add these powerful techniques to your personal regulation map.
Week 5: Internal Communication and Glimmers
Exploration of self-talk patterns and their impact on nervous system regulation. Discover glimmers and small moments of safety, connection, and joy that signal safety to your nervous system and promote regulation.
Week 6: Integration and Sustainable Practice
Introduction to meditation techniques for ongoing regulation. Close the programme container with integration of
all learned skills and create a plan for continued wellbeing practices beyond the programme.

Format: Online sessions via secure video conferencing or in person
Duration: 6 consecutive weeks, one session per week
Options: Available as 1-to-1 sessions or small group (up to 5 participants)
