My journey started in 2019 when I was searching for something to help me feel better, outwardly I was a successful Finance Director, I had the car you would dream of, holidays and a wonderful family and friends .... but I found myself feeling extremely low, my past experiences and patterns of trauma were appearing once again as they had always done coming full circle.  Suppressing, distracting and ignoring them was no longer an option for me.  I felt trapped in an environment I couldn't get out of and one that had left me feeling like I was being pulled down deeper and I had no answers this time. Like many of us I suffered physically as the body always keep score, suffering from digestive problems as well as autoimmune flareups I had since my early 20's coping as best I could with keeping the symptoms at bay.   Feeling like the world was happening to me with a feeling of no control I decided I needed help so I was guided to an amazing councilor who helped me process my traumas and change my mindset and develop a deeper understanding of myself and how stress and emotion suppression leads to physical issues. 

 

I then went on to seek alternative healing and had an energy healing session (my first time) which gave me an experience I could not explain but that helped me process and connect with who I was underneath all the life experiences and ways of coping and masking.  This was just the start, of rebuilding, and healing and shedding.  I wanted to become the best version of me for my children, shedding the triggers, the need for distractions and just being me.  This took learning to love myself, feel worthy, step away from fear and years of learning I found myself in a new role which is always developing and building, what I do is difficult to name in the traditional sense.  Healer/wellhealth/natural wellbeing practitioner starting a new career in my late 40's!

Adding to my offerings I am currently on a 2 year Shamanic Practitioner Training with the renowned Sarita Sol which I am so excited to offer at the end of 2027, life transformational healing taking ancient shamanic techniques merging with quantum healing knowledge.
