The Winter Solstice and espeically this year is asking us to go deep inside and feel the stillness within, sit in the warmth in the darkness to see the spark of creation the spark of light that will grow inside of us getting bigger as we get closer to the light of the summer solstice the peak of the light flow. On this day, the longest darkest day we come home to ourselves guided by- * Some reflection and journaling and sharing * Nourishing LYM Yoga Flow * Yoga Nigra * A relaxing soft sound bath with crystal bowls and tibetan bowls * Immersive deep mediation * Tea and snack * Gift for the remembering of your light

From the M27 Junction 7 Hedge End come into Durley along Durley Street until the Robin Hood pub, turn left up Sciviers Lane, left down Durley Hall lane until the end , then left again onto Greenwood land and it’s the 3rd property on your left. Please be mindful these are small country roads so drive slowly on the one track roads.
