Service Description
Introducing parent and teen yoga with Chloe! This fantastic class fosters a unique bonding experience while promoting physical and mental well-being for both parties. These sessions help teens develop better focus, reduce stress, and improve flexibility, while parents enjoy quality time with their teens in a nurturing environment. By practicing yoga together, families can cultivate mindfulness, enhance communication, and support each other's overall health and happiness. MORE FROM CHLOE: The Living Yoga Method, (LYM) with Akash yoga nurtures and balances the mind, body and soul. I'm Chloe, certified Living Yoga Method teacher (and student of The Yoga Sanctuary, Hamble, founded by Steve Harrison). I am a passionate yoga and breath work instructor, dedicated to sharing the method which is known for the transformative power of the ancient practice, developed and passed down through a long lineage from India. Through applying the LYM I combine breath work and yoga postures to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, improved mobility and overall well-being. The 45 minute class is accessible to perfect for any fitness level, or experience. Through gentle asanas, pranayama, and mindfulness techniques, we cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and inner strength. You will be guided through the following techniques: Double breathing: A combination of breaths using each part of your lungs which will detoxify, oxygenate, energise and rejuvenate your body. Bring your energy into balance, to free your mind from its mental & emotional patterns and find dynamic stillness in your body and temper your nervous system. Asanas: To loosen your body, you will be led through a combination of the 25 Asanas (postures). The Living Yoga Method emphasises the tangible benefits of the practice, such as increased energy, improved respiratory function, enhanced flexibility and strength, stress resilience, and a boosted immune system. The method is structured around five key components: breath training, posture training, mindset training, cold training, and digestion training, which work together to optimise overall well-being. Refund/Rescheduling policy: You have the flexibility to cancel your session anytime up to 24 hours before it begins. You can conveniently manage this through your booking confirmation, online customer login or email jo@balanceandbody.co.uk when you cancel early, the system will allow you to reschedule for a more suitable time. Please note that we do not offer direct refunds. Due to the high demand for session slots, cancelling or not attending prevents another attendee of the opportunity to participate.
